A small studio, by design

Howago Nojoya is intentionally small. We work with a limited number of freelancers at any given time because the kind of support we offer requires genuine attention and presence.

The studio was founded by people who have been on both sides of the client-freelancer relationship. We've worked as freelancers, we've hired freelancers, and we've spent years thinking about the dynamics that determine whether those relationships are productive or frustrating.

That experience shapes everything we do. We don't offer generic frameworks because we know from experience that generic frameworks rarely fit real situations. We work from your specific context, your specific clients, and your specific ambitions.
